College admissions comes with plenty of acronyms (FAFSA, EA, ED, UCAS), so I figured I'd add a few of my own. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a concentration in higher eduation counseling from Bridgewater State University, and the CEP means I'm a Certified Educational Planner, a credential earned by fewer than 500 consultants nationwide. Together, they mean your family is working with someone trained specifically to guide students through college admissions.

I bring more than two decades of higher education experience to every student I work with. I specialize in U.S. college admissions and UK university admissions, helping American students and families navigate both systems with clarity and confidence. I intentionally limit my client base so each student receives the focused attention they deserve. By listening closely and tailoring every step of the process, I help students feel confident in their choices and proud of their authentic story.

As a Certified Educational Planner (CEP), I bring a nationally recognized level of expertise, ethics, and professionalism to my work with students and families. The American Institute of Certified Educational Planners (AICEP) awards this designation. It reflects advanced training in college admissions, a deep understanding of best practices, and a commitment to putting students’ best interests first. For families, it means you’re working with someone who not only understands the process but approaches it with integrity, care, and a high standard of excellence. Out of more than 10,000 independent educational consultants in the U.S., fewer than 500 have passed the five-hour exam to become Certified Educational Planners.

UK & International University Admissions

While many students focus on U.S. colleges, I also specialize in guiding American students toward universities abroad, with particular expertise in UK admissions. I am certified by the British Council and completed The UK Study Expert's UK Admissions Academy. I advise families on the UCAS application, personal statements, course selection, entrance requirements, and timelines. Beyond the UK, I help students explore options in Canada and other countries. International universities can offer incredible academic experiences, often with different admissions processes, timelines, and structures. I help students understand these options, navigate each application system, and decide whether an international path is the right fit, so they can make thoughtful, informed decisions about where they'll thrive.
